Cash payment upon receipt

Order the goods and pay upon receipt at "Nova Poshta" branches. When paying for the goods upon receipt, you must pay the cost of the goods, a cash payment fee (2% of the amount + 20 UAH), and the cost of delivery. Cash-on-delivery is available only for regular or registered customers.

Payments are accepted on our website by any convenient method for you. You can pay for the order on the website or pay for the goods at our store.

Private Entrepreneur

We accept payment to the current account, private entrepreneur, and other available payment methods. If you have problems with payment, you can contact us, and we will provide consultation.

Payment in the store

If you order goods in our online store but are located in our city, you can choose payment upon receipt, thereby having the opportunity to pick up the goods cheaper and for cash.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost will be displayed in your personal account on "Nova Poshta" after placing the order. After placing the order, you will receive a notification with the waybill number (TTN), with which you can find out the delivery cost. Please note that the delivery cost may change during transportation. You can find out all delivery conditions on the "Nova Poshta" website.

Delivery time

You can find out on the "Nova Poshta" website in the "Delivery Time" section and calculate the total delivery time in the calculator. Usually, the delivery time is from 1 to 2 days within Ukraine. Due to the situation in the country, delivery time may vary.

Delivery notification

After placing the order, you will receive a notification about the order status. After the shipment arrives at the branch or the automated parcel terminal, you will receive a notification in the "Nova Poshta" app. It is recommended to track the shipment yourself, as notifications may not be received.

Storage time

When ordering goods from us, you must come to the pick-up point. If you have any problems, you can notify us. If you do not come to the pick-up point and do not pick up the goods, the next shipments will be accepted only with 100% prepayment.
